The worst experience of my life they aren't much of help. I went through the process and provided of everything they asked me for my application for citizenship. Denied me the first time and appealed afterwards for another chance. Got approved and I had a date to go do the ceremony back in November 2015 the guy in charge of my case called me saying that I wasn't on the list and he would give me another date to go in December I waited for the letter until January of 2016 and started calling him every week ever since leaving countless messages with no answer. Finally two weeks ago I got in contact with one of our senators and they got me a date to go to a ceremony to finally get a certificate. That day I had to go back to have the name on the certificate of citizenship change tho I requested prior this during my application process to change to my married name that now I go by. They apparently ignored my request. Anyway my ceremony was on this past Tuesday morning and I stayed to changed the name on the certificate and wasted all long dreading afternoon they didn't do it and gave me no explanation of why and just kicked me out of their after that. I went back today and same story. I hope they just do it since I'm not asking for anything hard but legally necessary since I go by my married name understanding that every other document I use my driver license, social security card, etc has my married name. They are an absolute nightmare.... on top of every other employee is rude and mean. Specially they...

My grandma became a U.S. citizen! šŗšø I was my grandmas interpreter and the lady was so nice/understanding because I told her my Spanish wasnāt the best so it would take me longer to translate, and she had no problems with it. She also made my grandmas ceremony for her citizenship a couple days after the test! Which was awesome because we were not going to be able to attend the actual ceremony a month later on the scheduled date they...
