Today I Woke up to find charges From this store apparently someone had the Subway website I install people's information or Someone at this store is stealing personal information and giving it to somebody out in the street. I called to address the issue and get my money back especially since this store It's located in California I live in Pennsylvania there's no reason for me to purchase from a store in California where I never gonna get anything delivered to Pennsylvania. I called the store and Ask to speak to A manager The young lady on the phone told me that there was no manager available I proceed to explain to her the situation that's what she decided to start getting nasty with Me and when I ask for demand of your information She claimed to be the Manager Not only she lied About not having any manager available she's now claiming to be the manager and refuse to provide me contact information of her supervisor Claiming that she's not allowed to provide that information to a customer I don't think she knows the law At this point I'm so frustrated because tbecause this store stole my money and refuse to refund it They need to fire the so called manager for refusing to provide the service is she supposed to be providing I'm refusing to allow customer oh customer to speak to a manager or...

I went in there to order first they tried to put onions on my bf sub when he clearly repeated no onions. Not knowing hes allergic to them. They could have caused a health issue for him if it wasnt for me catching it on time.& he got extra meat on my sub she practically tossed it on there . laughing &talking with her coworker she did not notice she was not putting the meat iwas paying for on my sub. I asked politely for her to be more careful , &neat she replied with " its not my fault it is your fault for ordering TOO MUCH " IS that NOT the purpose ?in order me to purchase more. Read moreThe server was really rude. I misunderstood what my total was so she decided that it was wise to count my money I had given her as if I was a child who did not know how to count. After I began eating, she decided to let my friend know that she did not want us to eat in there because she had already cleaned. I asked if they were closing and she said no. Not only was she rude, not able to give me a heads up about not wanting us to eat inside, but she is lazy. She also had double charged my friend for avocado and didn't even put the required amount of tomato in my sub sandwich. Horrible experience I ever had at subway. I will not be back and now I can see why a while back the place got tented for bugs....
