Today's March 9, 2017. Just 10 minutes ago me and my mom decided to go through the drive thru to grab some ice cream. We ordered a vanilla cone and Oreo McFlurry.. When the worker went to hand my mom the cone it was already melting and short. Then the top of the mcflurry came off and the cookie crumbs fell into our car window. We understand it was an accident but the worker had a smirk on her face like she thought it was funny. No apologies or she didn't even offer to fix it. The ice cream cookie crumbs weren't mixed into the ice cream so that's why they all fell out. We asked if they could be fixed and she just took the ice creams and when she came back they were the same. My mom said to her you dropped cookie in our car and she didn't say anything just stood there with a smirk on her face. So my mom asked for the manager. He came to the window and said I'm sorry we have new ice cream machines and my workers don't use them. My mom tells him what happened and he said he would talk to her. He went and came back within a second or two with the small two ice creams for the third time now. So my mom said here we just want our money back. This is when the manager went into a rage. He says we have cameras and don't ever come back. We are sitting in our car calm and waiting for our money. He is yelling and slamming the window open and close repeatedly saying don't ever come back here again just go get out of here. My mom said we'll leave just give us the money back. He says no get out of here. Then the people behind us honk their horn and the manager says you don't do that to our customers. You don't have them wait move your car. We refused until he gave us the money back and as we were leaving he is still yelling making a huge scene. All the while his workers are laughing. Horrible staff and...
Read moreWent through drive thru on Superbowl Sunday and ordered a mcchicken deluxe mini meal, fresh. What I got was an old tasting sweet tea, regular and old mcchicken, with no fries. I called the restaurant twice, no answer. I went on with my day and on Tuesday decided to try again. I got a very rude manager who said they no longer even served mcchicken deluxe's so that's probably why I got a regular one and that I would need to call them back in 20 minutes so that they could call their store manager and ask about replacing a 4 dollar meal (why even have managers if they can't make grown up decisions by themselves?) When I called back they told me that the store manager said I should've called within 24 hours about the issue and since I didn't that they would not replace the order... Again, a 4 dollar order. When I replied that I did actually call and there was no answer both times, the manager replied that I "should have kept calling." Horrible, horrible service. It's 4 damn dollars! I as a customer shouldn't have to call over and over again, it's part of YOUR job to answer the damn phone. Which I wouldn't even be calling if YOU actually knew how to do your job, you know, how to take an order and then make it right. I filled a survey out online and asked to be contacted, which I still haven't been. I now go out of my way to go to cooperate stores where I know my order will be made right and if it's not, then I know I'll be rightly compensated. Because you franchise stores do NOT know a thing about accuracy and/or customer service. If I had been compensated my meal, there would be no problem. But apparently your 4 dollars is too precious to...
Read moreI ordered two fish sandwiches. Each cold, the bottom bun was hard, the fish fillet was hard and chewy. I contacted the manager and advised her of the situation. She said she remembered me, and asked me to take the sandwiches back. She said she would replace them. I told her I could not as I was on my way to work. Manager replied, " I must have fish back. " I said look, you know they were old and cold when you gave them to me. She replied " Yes, I know, but I must have fish back. " The sad thing is I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND, just an explanation.
Good customer service is not difficult.. Holding the food to proper temperature is not difficult and is REQUIRED BY LAW. This lady admitted that she served me cold stale food and knew it at the time. Why would any reasonable person do this? I ordered fresh french fries, extra crispy. Yet, she felt it okay to serve me food that I could not eat. As for me, I am rarely in that area and it is not worth the time and effort to return for two sandwiches. I did not even want her to remake the order, I simply wanted an explanation as to why she would serve food that way. CLEARLY THIS MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED BY ANY RESTAURANT.
This is unfortunate. I lose a place to eat when I'm in that area and they have lost a customer forever. We both lose.
Some people go to work simply too collect a paycheck. Others go to work because they care about their job and strive to do it well. It seems as though no one cares about appropriate customer...
