McDonald's — Restaurant in Fresno

Loved the food and service here up until this past year. I'd ordered from here at least once/week (sometimes more) and in that time every other month I've noticed I'm paying a little more for the same food, and having to wait most of the time in long, slow moving drive-thru lines (this is at 10pm when I'm visiting, and I spend 30 minutes waiting to get up to window now only to be asked to park out front while they finish up making my burger well-done like I asked, as I always do. Really!? 30 minutes wasn't long enough to do that? Problem is It's never well done, anymore, no matter how many times I double check and am told yes they got well done, it just isn't. Seems like they reduced # working now at 10pm, and unfortunately the ones that are don't really care what you might ask for (suchg as cooking burger well-done), and have no problem lying to me, as the last few times upon getting home and opening it to eat it, I find it NOT well-done or browned, as I'd been assured it would be. So into the garbage it goes.) My advice is, do not go here at night, and forget about asking for it well-done, because it won't be. I'll be checking out the In-N-Out right next door to Mc'D's as that's where nearly everyone in this area goes to eat. Must be a reason.......... I just know...

This location is located right off of Freeway 99 on a major street in Fresno so the line for both the drive-thru and inside are always long, expect to wait a good 15+ minutes. Like many other McDonald's locations expect the ice cream/McFlurry machine to always be broken for some reason. I don't eat McDonald's food products but I do like to get my coffee from there and my fiance loves the fries & sweet tea drink so it's the only time I go there and always leave unsatisfied. The employees during the morning/afternoon shifts are very pleasant and will start conversations with you I really like that, however the employees at night are completely the opposite (No personal service, bad attitudes, very unprofessional in communication skills and work manner sometimes even dress style). The one thing I can't stand is Friday-Sunday they say the drive-thru is open 24 hrs, however there have been times where my fiance is craving fries and I go there to get them for her and no one is to be found or on other nights they claim to close late like 1 or 2 AM, but they close earlier than what the schedule says on the web page and on the schedule posted on both sides of the restaurant. Pretty much I only go here when I have to it's about 5 minutes...

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Came in from out of town for a couple of days & stayed at the hotel adjacent to this McDonald's.

I placed a mobile order for counter pickup @ 10pm & walked there, arrived 10 mins later, well before their close time posted online & on the front door of 11pm.

I knocked on the door to be let in & the woman at the front just looked at me, said "We're closed" & turned away.

Confused & not knowing how to communicate that she was probably making my order right then, another customer was leaving & let me in.

I told her what was happening & she didn't offer an apology or anything of the sort for leaving a customer outside. I asked her how I was supposed to get my order if she wouldn't let me in & she said I could just drive thru.

I told her I didn't have a car & she just moved onto the next customer, ignoring me essentially.

EXTREMELY dissatisfied & would like to think McDonald's trains their employees better than how she treated an already having paid customer.
