This is amazing food. I grew up on authentic Mexican, so I don’t really like most restaurants. This one they cook authentically. Most restaurants don’t know how to make real horchata…they do. Enchiladas are supposed to be made with queso fresco and that’s what they do here. However, because they know Americans like Mozzarella cheese, they will ask you what cheese you prefer.
