Terrible customer service for manager Matt. We recently purchased a game, when we got home we noticed we accidentally bought it for Xbox series x instead of Xbox one. We bought brand new which their receipt says we have 15 days to return. They forgot to seal the box when they gave it to us and due to their error they wouldn’t return because “open”. None of this was explained to us when we purchased the game and Matt said we are expected to know that when purchasing the game. Great store! Great staff! My kid shops here frequently, and I come in occasionally for Funko Pops! and other pop culture items. Today he was in line very early for a chance at purchasing a PS5. The manager came out and gave everyone in line a ticket so that we didn't get chased off by the mall security. He remembered my kid, which is impressive, based on how many people must come into the store.
