I love the boba here! Like 100% it was so soft even been sitting in the cold drink for an hour. I had Black sugar Assam for my first try. The tea by itself was not sweet but perfect with the honey boba. My friends had Mango Funtime smoothie and it was so good with the Tajin. Another one got Matcha Royale Strawberry. It was okay not sweet. It could be perfect for who doesn’t like sweet and concentrate matcha. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture before we finished the drinks. Anyway, I’ll definitely come back and can’t wait to try other stuff like coffee and fruit tea.

FYI if you order milk tea or matcha without boba and you do like sweet, you might need to tell them to add more sugar.

I’m happy to be the first customer to leave a review! I loved the strawberry matcha latte from here. The strawberries taste freshly cut and the matcha is smooth. We also got the chicken karaage which was delicious! Dare I say it’s better than Teahouse’s popcorn chicken. Btw the boba straws are paper, so bring your own straw if that’s not your cup of tea.

The service was great as well. The drinks they recommended for us were superb! We downloaded the app and got three dollars off our first purchase for signing up for their rewards.

As for the decor, it’s modern and simple. A great place for studying ESPECIALLY since the seats are cushioned!

Overall I would love to come back here. Let me say— it DEFINITELY beats kung fu tea in terms of drink...

Excited to check out Teaspoon, which just opened and is celebrating its grand opening in September 2025! We tried the Matcha Royale, which had a nice smooth flavor—definitely a good, casual matcha option. The Grasshopper was the standout for us: a super refreshing cucumber-based drink that felt light and unique.

One thing we really appreciated was that even at 100% sweetness, the drinks weren’t overly sugary—perfectly balanced and easy to enjoy. The shop itself has a clean, modern feel with plenty of space to sit and relax, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. We also noticed they use sustainable packaging, which is a thoughtful touch.

Overall, a great new addition to the area—we’ll definitely be back to try more...
