Worst experience!!!! Would Never recommend!!!! I purchased 2 items and was paying with a debit card.... After I was charged I realized I was charged a 50 cents fee. I asked the lady to void out the transaction so I could go ahead and purchase another transaction above five dollars so the fee would be waived the lady refused and was very rude I shared with her I was very disappointed that she was not able to rectify the situation from a customer service standpoint . So I ended up walking out of the establishment and would never recommend them to anyone.!!!!!Very Teffible Customer Service!!!!!! Unpleasant experience!!!! I would have purchased more ..... If she would have told me before I was charged. She made me feel it was My fault..... I was informed that if I was to use my debit card (due to the fact I had no cash on me at the moment) that there would be a 2$ surcharge which seemed extremely ridiculous considering I was only purchasing a donut that cost about 1$. Now normally I wouldn't make a big fuss about this but considering the fact that I had walked there and given how hot it was on that day I was pretty irritated that the lady did not waive the $2 fee and just charge me for the donut, it's not like I wanted it for free, I had no problem paying for the donut. However, the lady working at the time actually took my donut back and proceeded to throw it away and allowed me to walk out the store unsatisfied. I've worked customer service jobs for many years and so I know that it's absolutely no problem whatsoever to waive the fee if it's going to make the customer happy especially in such a small numbered transaction. I will usually give a business more than one chance to show what it can do before forming an opinion and I've given this shop plenty of opportunities. First. I want a cup of coffee with my donut. Several times the coffee pot was either empty or had old, stale coffee in it. I would leave without a purchase. Stopped by today and, what do you know, fresh coffee-time to order a donut. Big mistake. The product was "tough", overly sweetened and tasted greasy, not to mention that it was higher priced than other shops. This shop may be open 24 hours but this donut had to have been at least 36 hours old. Overall, this has got to be one of the worst shops in Fresno.
