Coffee was good but the service was not. The reason I gave this place only 3 stars was due to the service I received from a particular staff member. She waited on me while on her personal cellphone and when she spoke AT me not WITH me it was like I was interrupting her day. She had a nasty tone and acted irritated. She should not be on the front line. It was due to her poor attitude and customer service that sent me to other coffee houses during my stay on the island. Great drive thru coffee shop on san juan. Good quick food too. Only marked one star off because last time i was there a barista i did not recognize (must have been new i assume?) acted suspicious i was using a gift card one of my clients gave me for christmas then made my usual sandwich very sloppy and forgot the chips or cutting it in half and it was half warm half cold.
