I'm an accidental coffee snob having lived in Portland for over 20 years... we have no shortage of local roasters and I grind my own beans every morning for my French press, plus, my life has been blissfully easier since I started drinking my coffee black (with the occasional pat of butter or coconut oil, but rarely cream or sugar). They are an easy stroll from the ferry landing and the perfect place to start and/or finish your Friday...

Not to mention that it makes it into our silent auction basket every year and every year we raise the most money for charity. Coincidence? I think not. If you are waiting for a ferry, just go down the cannery landing dock to the very end on the right. I absolutely...
