Chanticlear Pizza — Restaurant in Fridley

This was my first time ordering here and I have never experienced such horrible customer service before. As someone that has worked in the food industry myself previously, I understand the stress of being short a worker and being extremely busy. However, I would have never treated my customers the way I was treated here (nor have I ever seen any other customer in other stores treated this way). I ordered with some of my co-workers and didn't have a phone of my own, so we gave the store my supervisor's number. She called and placed the order, gave the company's address to the lady working. Order never received, but they had my card info. We called them back and they claimed there were no orders under the number, address (we gave them our business address at least twice), or my card. I called my bank for fraud prevention. I was charged, so I called back. The manager offered to give my money back and free pizza, but then came up with excuse, saying, "oh, look. It was sent to this address and someone signed." Okay? That's not the address we gave you, and I, the card holder, did not sign it. It's okay if you just don't want to give us the pizza, but I'm not paying for YOUR (and your co-worker's) mistake and someone else's pizza. He ended by saying, "we (the place) were scammed" as if he wanted me to do something about it. No, you just didn't do your job well, nor take good care of your customers. Nothing...

From the moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly, and enthusiastic. No matter what questions I asked they never made me feel like it was bothersome. Sohel was absolutely impressive. While the pizza was cooking he was more then willing to explain the oven and the quality of there ingredients. Quality over quantity, and the prices were very good. Now the pizza…finally got that brick oven pizza I’ve been craving and hands down 10/10 the sauce was amazing the cheese was amazing I cannot recommend them enough. When I want my pizza crazing I have absolutely no problem driving 30 miles to get a great pie by great people who actually want to get to know you. Almost forgot to mention they even saved me money based on the number of toppings I wanted and the size of my pizza. Give this place a shot, and get that thin crust sooooo good. Ask for Sohel...

Terrible experience. Nevative stars. They were out of the Sierra Mist soda so I asked if I could be refunded for it, which they did not or, for some reason, could not do. Next, the expensive pizza that I ordered was made with sausage instead of the pepperoni that is listed on my emailed receipt. We're nearing at least $25 of wasted money (not to mention, time) if you include the tip that I courteously tried to leave but very much wish I hadn't. If it was just the soda, fine I could get over that. But then to come home and see my wasted time and my money spent on yet something else that I did not order is why I need to leave this review. I would very much appreciate being refunded for my tip and my pizza but, oh wait, they can't...
