We walked in at 8:30 and a handicapped woman and a guy where sitting on the corner table we looked at the time to make sure they were not closed. The door and website says they close at 9:30 but its only 8:30 so the young kid when to the register and took our order he had a very hard time . i don't think he has a clue about the job. We finally finish placing our order soup and salad and 1 medium sandwich not a big deal order . We ask for cups for our waters and we got our waters plastic silverware and set down. Few mins later he is wrapping up our bags and hand to us we open it and i start getting ready to eat when he said we can not eat there is only 8:45 Im like what time you all close he said 9:30 but at this time you all going to have to leave im like we will finish before 9:00 I ordered a soup and salad then I not going home i have to pick up my kid . I was like why you didn't told us before we place order .Why your not locked the doors if thats the case we could just use the drive thru. The old lady was just looking at us and the kid was insisting for is to leave i was ready to leave putting my stuff back in the bag and I ask for my dressing and he refused to give it to me but overall i feel that the poor kid doesn't know what he is doing and the old lady was also ready for us to leave . I would like to let you know if you don't want customer to dine in close the door so you don't get customer upset and also train your workers to have customers service and be polite not to kick customer out like that . I really fell humiliated because the kid was so rude and the lady also was so rude to kick us out at 8:45 pm when they could us let is eat our food im 10 mins. ☹️ I bern coming to this place for years and it's very...
Read moreI ordered a Classic. Grilled cheese. Pretty damn good. Pricey but good. Along with the 🍅 Tomato Basil soup. (The best combination in the world by the way) So the food wasn't an issue. It was the employee. An elderly lady with a disability I'm guessing. She had a scooter to get around. Her attitude towards the other employees was pretty appalling. I don't know if she's a manager. But I said Thankyou three times to her and not once did she look me in my eyes or said anything back to me. The employee was cleaning the area where the tea and lemonade sit. He asked a simple question and she(very rude) yelled an answer like there wasn't customers sitting 10 ft away. It started me tbh. Then they accidentally knocked something over and as they're picking up, she purposely looks over to see what it was and loudly remarks "good one".. I don't know some of these things could be typical but frankly, I don't believe that's how you talk to people. Especially when you don't even acknowledge your costumers. Just was rude and very loud. If they aren't trained or you have something to tell them, take them to the back like a professional. Don't tell at them in front of the whole store. It's pretty embarrassing and I honestly felt...

My wife, who is over 26 weeks pregnant, ordered a sandwich with no black olives because she's allergic. She and my mother in law both reiterated the importance of no black olives. They brought her sandwich out and it still had them on it. The manager took the sandwich back and brought us a 'new' one. A few bites in, my wife starting feeling her mouth swell up and started complaining about her throat itching. We checked the sandwich and it there were still a couple of pieces of olive on it. Turns out they just scraped the olives off the old sandwich and re-served it to her. My mother in law and wife had to argue with the manager because they refused to refund the sandwich. Now my pregnant wife is hungry, suffering from a reaction, and drugged up on Benadryl all because of the abhorrent discourtesy displayed by the staff here. Will...
