Iām one to never post reviews good or bad but this TIME REALLY DID ITā¦this morning 5/8/24 I was greeted and served by Christopher (manager) in the drive thru. Keep in mind I am ex military and this is how they treat military even tho they are military founded and operatedā¦anyway I ordered ONE coffee and paid for my drink KEEP IN MIND AGAIN I was NEVER asked to TIP or to get my receipt..and never got my order total..so I asked for my receipt because something seemed off and fishy. Once I got my receipt and pulled out the drive thru line I saw that they tipped themselves when I was never given the choice like I normally do! (Be sure if you go through the drive thru that they ask you for your receipt and for the tip option). I then park my car and go inside and complain about the tip that was added to my order the other manager asked whatās going on and and I told him that they are adding tips to orders without the customers consent and thatās theft. āChristopherā the original person that checked me out came in and said āI think I added it on accidentā how do you add it on accident and did not even tell me my order total, or even ask me if I wanted to tip or my receiptā¦very unprofessional and very unfortunate that they have people like this working here and stealing from people especially military customersā¦SAD. I will never come here again or support Black Rifle again. The employee that was ātrying to help meā did nothing to fix the issue, didnāt offer to refund me, didnāt offer a refund of the tip that was added fraudulently, not even a couponā¦.they know what they were doing and was trying to play it off like they didnāt know. I hope this helps people and to stray away from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually give a place a few visits before posting a review in hopes of providing the best insight I can for others that (like me) often rely on reviews & recommendations for reference. Will start off by saying that If there isnāt a Black Rifle Coffee location near you, this little gem of a place is definitely worth the driveā- yes, even if it means having to battle traffic on Highway 380 to get to this spot. Any coffee snob or first time coffee drinker will appreciate the flavor profiles of their coffee. The fact that they start with a fantastically aromatic & flavorful base of their coffee/espresso, I believe is what makes it great. Iāve tried a few different offerings now, from straight coffee to various options off of their specialty menu (hot & cold). Iāve been almost shocked that I would not rate any of these at any less than a 10. Their service has been prompt each time, coffee temp has been spot on and flavorful. Also impressive is that each of the employees Iāve encountered (even some Iāve witnessed assisting other customers) have always smiled warmly & been very kind. Surprisingly for an early morning place to have employees that each time give the impression of being more than happy to be serving these cups of deliciousness to us groggy (and sometimes grumpy)morning patrons is definitely a show of great hiring & training practices. I definitely recommend to give them a try as I will be certain to frequent this place for my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSure, here's a 3-star review for Black Rifle Coffee that highlights its strengths but also notes its higher pricing compared to average coffee shops:
Rating: 3/5 Stars
I recently visited Black Rifle Coffee, and my experience was a mixed bag. There were definitely some positive aspects, but a few things left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.
First, the positives: the coffee itself was undeniably good. The rich, bold flavor of their brews is something you don't find at your average coffee shop. Additionally, the atmosphere was inviting, with a cool, military-themed decor that made for a unique and interesting environment. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions based on my taste preferences.
However, there was one major downside that I couldn't ignore: the price. Black Rifle Coffee is noticeably more expensive than your typical coffee shop. While I understand that quality often comes at a premium, I found the prices to be a bit steep for what you get. For someone who drinks coffee daily, this could quickly add up and become quite costly.
In summary, Black Rifle Coffee offers a great product and a unique atmosphere, but the higher price point is a significant drawback for me. If you're a coffee enthusiast willing to spend a little extra for a premium experience, it might be worth it. However, for those looking for an everyday coffee spot, the cost...
