Iāll admit the place is nice, but we werenāt super enthusiastic about the experience. Our waiter didnāt really have much of a personality to him. You can kind of tell what kind of experience youāre going to have at a breakfast place based on the creamer youāre provided. If itās the creamer in the small plastic containers, the experience will be mediocre or equivalent to going to ihop. We asked what Swedish pancakes were and the guy told us they were thicker than crepes, but fluffier. Wife ordered the Swedish pancakes with eggs over medium. I ordered a skillet with eggs over medium.
A minute after ordering the food came out. It might have been 30 seconds after. Which.. was a little alerting. At first we were confused and I thought thereās no way this could be our food already.
The Swedish pancake was no different than a crepe in taste and thinness. Our eggs were not cooked over medium. This is a problem weāve encountered at almost every breakfast place though. Over medium eggs should have a jammy yolk, not super runny. Your chefs need to learn how to cook if they canāt cook eggs properly. My sour dough bread had butter on one half and not the other.
I think had they taken the time to actually cook our food, instead of spending 20 seconds throwing it all together it would have been a much...

I recently visited Brunch at Liliās with my emotional support animal, who was wearing an ESA vest, and I was met with a disappointing and discriminatory treatment. The restaurant promotes itself as pet-friendly, which is why I chose to dine there, but I was treated poorly by the hostess or manager, not sure what her role is.
It was a cold morning, and sitting outside wasn't an option, yet the above mentioned lady seemed more interested in making a dismissive comment than providing service. She said, āany dog can have a vest,ā instead of asking for my certification, which I have readily available. Her attitude was condescending and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome and judged.
I understand the need for policies regarding animals in dining spaces, but this experience left me feeling discriminated against and unvalued as a customer. If you claim to be pet-friendly, it's essential to treat all customers with respect and understanding, especially when it comes to service animals. I won't be returning, and I would advise others to think twice...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNOT LITTLE KID FRIENDLY I went this past Easter Sunday, I have a one year old (teething) and two year old (also teething), Momma needed a break from cooking, especially after an eventful Easter service. I came into Liliās to enjoy a meal with my little family, my two year old let out one squeal of excitement and the waiter didnāt hesitate to quickly rush over and notify me that if she were to do it again then to take her outside because they canāt have a scene. I told him thanks, iām already trying to control the situation. After his warning I didnāt feel comfortable finishing my meal, I was too on the edge watching every move my daughter was making. Two year old canāt control their emotions, known fact. The waiterās delivery of how he told us to quiet down is what was unsettling and completely changed the experience for us. His tone and body language. I didnāt feel like my family was welcome to stay and eat.
other then that the meal...
