the owner is absolutely horrible to her workers. she pays someone to spy on them and take pictures of them when the workers are on the job. Then threatens to fire them when she sees them on their phone. She talks to them like trash and threatens to fire them when they don't make sales as if that's their fault or not giving them a raise because they "didn't make enough money".
