Everything was fine - until David called me. He contacted me to tell me he couldnāt find my apt even with my detailed directions to locate my apt door. (Mind you, Iāve ordered from this dominoās countless times while residing in this same apt unit for the last 3 years and have had absolutely zero issues.) As Iām talking to David and explaining how to get to my apt (in hopes we would run into each other - meanwhile, heās getting huffy with me on the phone and hangs up while saying heāll find it) I walk to the bottom of the stairs in the stairwell to the parking garage with no driver in sight. Within moments of standing there, I hear the door on the 2nd floor (my level) slam. So I walk back up to my floor and into my hallway - there he is delivering the pizza to my boyfriend. Not only did he prove to me he was too lazy to actually traditionally deliver my pizza to my door (like I requested) but he was completely and unnecessarily rude to my boyfriend - saying āoh here let me give you your receiptā as heās crumpling it up and tossing it on top of the pizza boxes in my boyfriends hands. Then, as he walks past me he smiles as if he did nothing wrong. I may not live in a house and I may live in a complex where my apt door is located inside a building - but there was absolutely nothing preventing him to come to my door except pure laziness. Completely unacceptable. If I could I would retract my tip, because he definitely didnāt deserve it - and my recommendation to David is, āFind a job that doesnāt trigger you to be a jerk to...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePerhaps my experience was due to a shortage in staff or an āoffā night for Dominoās, but my latest experience having pizza delivered was very unimpressive.
I used the website to order pizzas from Dominoās. There was an advertised deal for three 1-topping large pizzas, so I added them to my cart and checked out. Upon delivery, the pizza boxes felt cool and the pizza was just as cool. Just because the pizzas I ordered were part of the coupon deal and were 1-topping pizzas doesnāt mean that the employees should have skimped on toppings. There were HUGE bare spots of crust in my pizzas that didnāt have either cheese OR sauce! Also, according to the online pizza tracker on the Dominoās website, the pizzas sat (already cooked!) for 18 minutes before they even left the store for delivery, which explains why they were so cold. Furthermore, these pizzas were ordered to a hotel, where there is no expectation of being able to reheat cold pizza, so I was stuck with cold, sub-par pizza that resembled cardboard more than it did an edible pie.
I am forced to stay in a hotel due to construction on my home, and will be here for a while longer; it would be nice to be able to have faith in this Dominoās location and order again, but at this point, I am not sure I want to risk more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI want to first say the food was great. The reason for the 1 Star is for customer service. I ordered the bread twists and a pizza for my wife, son and I. My wife is a nurse and works nights at the childrenās hospital so I asked the lady at the register if I could have a small box so I could put her portion in a separate box to drop off to her at work and my son and I could go home and eat. Her response was āwe canāt give you a box just like thatā. Even the person next to her got a small box from the back to give me and she wouldnāt let him give it to me and told him the counts would be off. I understand there is a cost to everything and if that was the case I would have paid for the box but instead I didnāt even receive that option but instead just received a rude answer. I will never go back to this location after the way I...
