Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Frisco

Our family is been having so medical issues so we decided to Order pizza from Dominos to avoid cooking Today.

We ordered 3 pizzas at Dominos in The Colony. I called in an order and 2 of the 2 pizzas were very wrong. One was for my sister who had major surgery last week. She wanted a thin crust medium with chicken, cheddar cheese, spinach, and lite on the Honey BBQ. She received a thin crust with chicken and regular cheese MISSING SPINACH NO HONEY BBG instead a thick COVERING SPICY BUFFALO SAUCE. The second pizza ordered was a MEDIUM HAND TOSSED WITH ALFREDO CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS, SPINACH AND AND THIS ONE IS CORRECT THE THIRD ORDERED WAS A HAND TOSSED, PHILLY BEEF, ONIONS, and PROVOLONE WITH GARLIC SAUCE.

I called the store and the manager (unsure who that was but 1 who stated he was a manager but was a delivery driver another do said she was a manager actually makes the pizza saying she could not have made a mistake) She also claimed that she talked to the manager and they would not correct the order and I should have ordered it on line if I want it correct as my story did not match their memory. I told her I had made the guy repeat the order x 2 because he kept saying a Philly cheesesteak which I did not want due to a severe allergic reaction. She said I should have caught the error when he called the repeat the order back. She went in to say I can talk to the manager at 4p…. Another manager”. I have very high expectations for pizza because I'm Sicilian, which is the soccer ball shaped island to the boot that is Italy, and I often baked meatballs and made traditional sicilan pizza, as well as, several other crust and topping variations. When I go out for pizza there's to go pizza, calzone restaurants, and pizza restaurants. This easily use to be the best good, reasonably priced to go pizza I know of in the area.

The people are usually great here, but the prices have shot up so high it's ridiculous. You'd be better off going to a place with better quality cheese and crust. I liked their pizza for easy, fast, good to go pizza, but unfortunately the prices are just too high.

I have always liked the ham, but the pizza is always too oily. I'd bet money it's the cheese and maybe pepperoni in part. The new standard style crust is fantastic, but the garlic butter is not something that should be this potent, it's far too much garlic, and I don't know why americans do that. You only need a little bit, it's ok, I just don't get it. Also, the thin crust is too crumbly and cracker like. When you make a thin crust you have to make sure it doesn't get too hard and brittle, or the texture is just ruined. You shouldn't have pizza crust crumbs, maybe some falling toppings from time to time lol. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I placed an order over the phone. Asked specifically if the carry out price was still the special of $6.99. I was told that it was I placed my order for two pizzas. I went in to pick them up, and was notified that the coupon had expired the day before at midnight, and they were unable to honor it. The manager, Joseph, came out and made it quite clear that he did not have the ability to honor the 6.99 carry out coupon. I actually left, got in my car, and started driving away, but turned around just to ensure that there was no ability to get that price being as that’s what I was told over the phone… I went back in and Joseph, the manager, made it explicitly clear that he was not able to provide any type of override, or any way of honoring what I was told over the phone! I explained I had made it clear with initial conversation and had hungry people waiting at home and now I am going to show up without food… When I asked him what he was going to do with the pizzas, he said he was going to throw them away… to that I said there is a viable customer standing in front of you willing to pay good money for those pizzas but the fact that you’re not able or don’t have the permissions to override the systems you’re just going to throw them away…to which he said “yes”… need I say more....
