This site has the absolute worst service & horrible management. I have had one too many bad experiences with this location & tonight was the final straw. I will NEVER return to this location. My mom, daughter, & myself at here tonight for Mother's day. Our waiter took our order & got our drinks out promptly. After we received our food it all went down hill. Once we had our food our waiter never returned. The chip lady asked us if we needed help. We told her we needed to place a to go order. The manager then came over to take our order. 20 minutes later we asked about our order & we were told it was about done. Another 15 minutes later we asked again & we were told it was still cooking. By this time two tables with four people at each had already been served & half way finished with their meals. They arrived a good 15 mins after we placed the to go order. When we asked what was taking so long & why do they have their food but we don't we were told It is cooking. We were then asked for a refund on our togo order so we could leave. Another 10 minutes went by &the manager finally comes back out with our togo order & a new check. He told us they were backed up in the kitchen & his apologizes. When we pointed out it took 45 mins to get our togo order & people who arrived 15 mins after we ordered are now finished eating & leaving, he again said they were backed up. I then asked does it take longer to make one meal then it does to make 8? He then told us that our food was free & to sign a new receipt. When we asked for a receipt showing they voided out the previous charge he would not give us one. During this whole ordeal we had also asked for flour tortillas 6 times. 3 times to the manager & 3 times to the waiter. We did not get them until we got the togo food. Would have been nice to have them with our fajitas. I don't understand why it took so long when the restaurant wasn't even half way full.

This is not the first time this has happened, it is the 3rd time. We have eaten at this location, since the day it opened, every weekend. You have now lost a customer. Every time we have had an issue the manager argues & says we are wrong. There are maybe 3 good waiters. If you don't get them then you can count on poor service.
