McDonalds must pay for the 5 star reviews at this location or I manage to see every failure this restaraunt will ever have in the 15 minutes I spent here. I normally review places because the left a good impression on me but this one was exactly the opposite.
Pulled up to drive thru and no answer after automated welcome. After 2 minutes we pull around to the first window and see the employee cleaning a cabinet with the headset around his neck and headphones on instead! He can hear the horn after several honks so we pull up to window 2. No employees were there so we pulled around front and I went inside. When I get in you can hear loud laughing from the kitchen area and one employee at the front. I tell her that none answered drive-thru and there were several cars now lined up and she then Yells to the back at the top of her lungs at whomever was supposed to be taking orders (presumably the guy on headphones) and then says I can order from the Kiosk since shes on "cookie dutie".
So I order from the kiosk and wait for my order while the entire crew seems to be upset over anything and everything. Loudly talking about nothing to do with the 6 cars waiting in drive thru, and the two customers (a second upset drive thru person has now joined me inside) orders waiting to be fulfilled. The gentleman who made my dipped ice cream cone had never used the machine before (or so it seemed) and after the 4th attempt got a cone that was upright but then didn't know how to "dip it" so he proceeded to pump chocolate from the machine onto it on the sides & top. While this was going on you can hear other employees using inappropriate language for any environment (derogatory term for women and racial slurs) to refer to one another to move out of their way or to call out someone was not doing something.
Finally a manager (or supervisor) comes up front to help the man trying to cover the cone in chocolate and discards the cone and does it properly but threatens to write him up because of the 4 wasted cones during his attempts to make a cone and to "dip" it. I finally get my order and head to get my tea to find out it was the last drop. Wasn't worth 1 more minute waiting after a 10 minute experience not including the time spent in...

Treated at the drive thru window like I checked in with border patrol or ICE services questioned if I speak and read in English. I seriously waited for the next question to be asked if I’am a United States Citizen. I specifically spoke with lady working drive thru my order two burgers and kids meal. Some how she mixed up the order and overcharged us for 4 burgers. I kindly explained the mix up but she kept throwing insults at us and got extremely combative towards my pregnant wife and little daughter. Are y’all dumb? Do y’all even speak English? Do y’all read in English? I almost snapped and went to jail but decided to be the bigger person and not catch a case at McDonald’s for someone throwing insults and questioning my Citizenship status. I’m sorry but is this Frisco, Texas or the Border? I’m American! Wife is American! Daughter is American? I don’t need someone who speaks broken English questioning my status in America or if I’m fluent in English language. At the end we waited 10-15 minutes to get are refund. She threw more insults and said we really irritated her tonight as she slammed the door back into the business. I said, wow! Let me drive off before I curse this woman out. Some people really lack class — It’s embarrassing that’s who they decide to hire at this family location. I’ll be honest we tossed the food old nuggets, fries salty even though I said no salt, spit my burger out horrible taste and wife tossed out hers as well. Read moreI’ve just had the worst encounter and experience in my life at this location! I placed a mobile order and was instructed to pull to the first window to pick up. Upon picking up my order I parked and doubled checked to make sure all items were inside. They forgot my apple pie. I pull back around and POLITELY asked them for an Apple pie they’d forgotten on my order. The lady at the window turns to her manager I guess and says something to her. The manager then walks to the register and rings up an apple pie (as if I just didn’t say they left it out of my order) and tries to charge me. I then explain that I had just came through the drive thru and it was not put in the bag. She then ask for a receipt which I didn’t have because I was asked to pull to the first window. She had an attitude the entire interaction! I then say it was a mobile order you can review my app and she ask for the bag back which I give her then she starts touching my food with her hands looking for the pie as if I was lying. I was very offended! She then asks for my phone which I hand her and she sees with her own eyes I had indeed ordered the pie. She walk to the back still with an attitude and comes back with a pie and hands it to me and says something in which everyone in the store laughs. Not sure what she said and don’t care THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. This was around 4:23pm 11/6/24.
