Randall really went above and beyond helping me today and I had to come on and show some love to him and this wonderful store!
I've been shopping here since it opened and shopping honeybaked in general for years and years, always getting our holiday meals here. The meat is always cooked to perfection and never had a problem with being over cooked or anything like that so its always been a staple in our family.
When I talked to Randall, he explained the different cuts of meat and how it works and now I feel like I can pick better during the holidays. He said that I can come in anytime and they can show the different cuts too which is think is really awesome and helpful with picking meats for the holiday's.
He was so nice and knowledgeable and I just had to say something with how he took his time helping me over the phone.
This location is always my go to and everyone is great and very friendly there.
Mercedes I also talked to a few weeks ago and she was very helpful, sweet and accommodating as well!
Please do something nice for Randall and Mercedes.You can tell they care about their customers and are great people in general!

One wasnât labeled but people were picking up hams they had ordered and the other line said âRetail Customersâ. So, I got in the line were people were picking up their hams. When I finally get up there, she asked for the confirmation # which I provided. She couldnât find it. She asked if it was pre-paid, which it wasnât so, she sent me to the other long line that says âRetail Customersâ. When I finally got to the cashier, the confirmation number in my email was ânot a confirmation number.â I showed her the actual Confirmation Email which was âE22-Scottâ. We have been pleased with how they would adjust for high volume holiday times/lines, have friendly staff, and from my experienceâŚthey still do a good job with that. HOWEVER, they changed something with their cajun Turkey. It did not have the savory flavor throughout the Turkey, it didnât hold its moisture, and only had Cajun seasoning on it. The price increased but due to the good experience and flavor, we decided to still purchase. This review is to say PLEASE go back to your prior method of preparing the Cajun Turkey.
