This is an extremely unprofessional establishment. I left a watch for repair, and he initially told me he would have it done in a week, and I asked him to call me, as I wanted to wear it for an event. A week and a half later, I went on, because the listed phone number only goes to a fax machine. He told me that it was not repaired, so I asked him for the watch back, and he told me he could not give it to me, because it was at his Plano location. Two weeks later, I am now sitting in front of store, and there are several customers out front , waiting for this man to open his store. He has a sign that says he will back in 15 mins. He just now showed up, about an hour later, and charged me $100 to size two rings, and then informed me that my watch could not be fixed. Terrible service. Do not come here if you value your...

Seemed like a good place and I read the reviews so I decided to go in. I had a prong loose on my engagement ring so I asked how much it would take to fix it. The guy (who was really difficult to understand) said it would cost $160 to fix because the ring was built incorrectly and needed to have all this work done to it. He also mentioned he would have to hold onto the ring for a few days to get it done. I told him I'll go somewhere else for a second opinion. I went somewhere else that fixed my ring for $25 in about 45 minutes PLUS did a complimentary clean and polish. My ring looked brand new when they were done and they were polite, fast, reasonably priced, just great service. And I haven't had any problems with my ring since.
