I had an interaction with Nelson who called himself the general manager today, 8.2.2022 - I made a purchase for food and then I realized that I didn’t get to use my three dollar off coupon for purchasing a premium meal I went back to the drive-through and asked Nelson to refund my order and re-ring it so that I could apply the three dollar off coupon Nelson refused to do so, but he did state that he could issue me a refund and I could give the food back. to me this is the worst service that you could offer a customer I truly believe that Nelson is probably a racist and that he could care less about me as a customer or a human why as a general manager would you offer to take the time to issue a refund but not take it a step further to go ahead and re-ring my order and take the coupon. why would you instead feel like the best thing to do is to issue a refund and take back the food that made absolutely no sense and again further leads me to believe that he was just simply being racist. Read moreThis is the worst location of a Wendy’s EVER!!! At 1 pm, went thru the drive-thru, asked for two of the double cheeseburgers for $1 that were on special. Was told “No, no more special”. So, I ordered two double stack burgers (same burgers as the ones that were on sale). Asked them to hold the pickles and mustard. The menu stated the cost was $1.29 each, and was told the total was $2.59. Same price as I have paid at several other locations. When I get to the window, they said cost was $2.59 EACH! I pointed out that the drive-thru menu stated a cost that was half that, and they gave me a total of $2.59, but they didn’t budge. So, I paid the $5.18 they totaled at the window and left. When I began to eat the burger, they had left both the pickle and the mustard on the burger! The girl at the window was nice and almost apologetic, but the guy who took the order and the manager - I think they were the same person - was not only rude but a total idiot! I should have just driven out without paying and let them keep their over-priced, badly...
Read moreNormally I have an amazing experience with you all. Tonight not so much. I went through tonight to get a remake on some food that was messed up. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes. I have never had such a horrible interaction as I did tonight. Although they had the receipt, my name, and what happened. I ended up having to explain the situation SEVERAL times, and at one point had to pull up my bank account to confirm the information that he already had in his hand! I was literally treated like I was stealing food that I paid for. By the time Don got done belittling me the entire drive thru staff was standing at the window watching the entire transaction. To make matters worse Part of the issue were the fries and I yet again got old fries. This location is absolutely amazing during the day. At night its terrible.
