Prepaid for an ice cream cake 1 week in advance. Days later I get a call stating I cannot get chocolate sprinkles instead of "birthday" sprinkles as requested. I also could not get message on the cake written in purple frosting as requested, neither. The day I went to pick up the cake, it was not ready at the time as promised. They also made a mistake while writing the message on the cake and tried to correct it poorly. I was very irritated as to why MY order was not ready as promised, and why I cannot customize the way I needed it for my daughter's day. I was told that they do not write on cakes until customer arrives, which is dumb, although it was fully prepaid, which cause me further delays. Paid 36 dollars for 4 small ice cream cups? Asked to verify, cashier said this was the price? Seems like a bit much? He was the only visible employee so couldn't really ask anyone else, I'm looking online and see they're 4 to 5 maybe 6 with add-ons but only 2 of my cups had add ons, again I only got 4 of the smallest cups and paid 36 and some change I was confused and repeated the price to which the only employee says yes that's the price, something seems very off with this location, I've had coldstone in my area and the employee here immediately gave me a bad feeling when I asked him for the price he said one moment when to his off and came out with the total of 36, idk just my experience definitely won't return to...

Worst customer service I have ever seen!! For a cold stones place this was beyond horrible! If I can get it zero Stars I would I'd even give a negative if I could. If you're having a good day don't waste your time going here don't waste your money they overcharge for toppings if you ask for a small size she puts it in a large size and still charges you for this large size get your order completely wrong even though it's right in front of you smallest scoops and they don't have a limit to how many people they can have in there they don't have social distancing stickers people were super rude it was super hot in there and the ice cream was already melting.
