The worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Customer service is ok, but the expedition is really bad. I was with family and I put the order in at the register with the cashier and the order was fine. It was to go. So we wait and wait. And I see an order come out similar to mine and it's not in bags. The order numbers disnt match wither. I went to the counter to ask and the manager with the black button up seemed busy looked at me and continued what he was doing so I waited he came up and I mentioned that I believe the order may be mine but I think there was a mistake because it was to go so he turned around and continued packing the other orders. I had to get my order to go because I had a 2 hour drive to go and I didn't have time to sit and eat with the fam. I asked for bags and the so called manager handed me 1 bag. I asked for another. I was pretty pissed at this point. My sister saw what was happening and she came to the counter. We stayed calm because it was busy we didn't want to be rude. We got our food packed and we asked for ketchup and sauces and the guy gives two ketchup packs and a ranch for 3 combo orders and 2 happy meals. Greed, stupidity, rudeness I'm not sure which one or all of them. I would of asked for my money back but the little ones where hungry and we had to get on the road. Even after they messed up the order, no apology was given nor did they help pack the order and there where 3 other female employees having a non work related conversation while this manager handled everything. He did not have order. It was horrible, roles where reversed and service was ZERO star service. Also food was not fresh. Fries where over cooked and patties where dry. The two happy meals having the old fries and dry patties and nuggets was what really got to me. Children shouldnt eat fast food at all. Read moreFood is fine, but the manager and service is just rude. The drive thru takes forever here, so I decided to walk in to order at the counter. The man in front of me ordered 2 McChickens. The worker at the counter only processed the order for 1 sandwich, so instead of just ordering him another sandwich, she asked us to wait until she could find her manager and void the transaction. Not the most efficient decision making here, but OK. Maybe there's something about the McDonald's POS system I don't understand.
After waiting nearly 5 minutes for the manager to come out and do this weird transaction void, an off duty employee glances at me, then quickly and her manager if she can make a quick order. Allowing her employee to CUT me in line, the manager looks at me and POINTS to the self ordering kiosk, instructing me to "Take your order there." Then she and the off duty employee giggle as they place HER order.
So the cashier makes an unnecessary decision to void a simple transaction instead of just adding to the customer's order, makes me and the other customer wait, the off duty employee SEES me and then asks her manager permission to cut me in line, the manager obliges and POINTS behind me--instructing me to "Take your order there." No questions asked, no apologies, just flat out rude and disrespectful.
I refuse to move, as I hold my place in line, and the cashier comes out from behind the counter asking me, "Do you know how to use that thing?" I told her that if I wanted to use it, I would have went straight to it without waiting all this time in line. I'm not a jerk, really, but all this rubbed me entirely...
