I have been a regular customer at Qamaria, but my recent experiences at the Fullerton location were extremely disappointing due to the behavior of one of the partners, Abdullah.

On multiple occasions, he has been unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. The first time was when I was with my family and kids our children were a little excited, as kids naturally are, and we coincidentally ran into my sister-in-law’s family. While we were just greeting each other, Abdullah came over and rudely told us to quiet down instead of approaching the situation with basic courtesy.

On another occasion, while my wife was already moving aside after an employee politely said “excuse me,” Abdullah came again and rudely told my wife to move, which was completely uncalled for.

To make things worse, he also got my order wrong. I always order a hot pistachio latte, but he rang it up as iced. When I pointed it out, instead of simply fixing the mistake, he put the blame on me even though I had clearly asked for hot. Only after an argument did he agree to remake it.

I remained polite and apologetic throughout, but his attitude was consistently condescending and unprofessional. As someone who genuinely enjoyed coming here, this experience has ruined the atmosphere for me.

Customer service should be about respect and decency. If Abdullah cannot treat customers properly, he should reconsider being on the front lines and stay in the back where he doesn’t have to interact with guests.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and hope management takes these...
