I understand placing an order near the holidays, when they are extremely busy, can be a hard thing to deal with.

However, when you order with plenty of time and they give you a specific delivery date and fail to deliver, only to tell you that they will be delivered at a later time, and still fail to deliver your order, it really makes you question their service even if they have dozens of "positive" reviews.

The box of cookies that were order, were personally delivered late at night 3-4 days later, someone failed to put the mailing label on the box of cookies and that's primarily the main reason why they never arrived on time.

We know this for two reasons, the cookies were dropped off neatly and properly packaged in a postal service box (we do thank you for the packaging). Secondly, no mailing label was printed, instead, the purchase receipt was taped to the box.

Your cookies are great, no doubt about that, but your costumer service needs some extra attention. Specially of you provide a contact person, and this person fails to respond a simple phone call.

Thank you for that personal late delivery, and aside from your cookies being really good and beautifully crafted, try to improve a bit more on your delivery and costumer...

If I could give no stars i would really bad customer service cookies didn't get there the day they were supposed get there kept lacking communication to inform about cookies arriving didn't arrive until the actual day until 9 almost 10 at night. At the end was blocked on there page. $200 plus dollars for simple cookies. We came by for the 1st time a few weeks ago. Got 2 candy apples. The apples were very tasty and lasted in the fridge. We returned today from Gardena to find it was closed. On Google it states it closes at 7pm. I tried both doors since I saw a lady there and she mouthed were closed running her hand across like when you say that you’re done.
