I came to the Classic Cafe in Fullerton today to try their lattes and foods because it has been on my bookmark. They just opened recently and I got to meet the owners today. The owners were so kind to explain each and every drink to me even though I asked a lot of questions.
TOP Recommendations: I was recommended to try their sweet blue dreams latte which was the best blue latte drink I've ever tried. They also suggested that I try their korean triangle kimbaps (seaweed, rice, and protein (tuna or bulgogi-korean marinated beef) inside the kimbap! I love how they also sell korean noodles like ramen, bibimyun (spicy), and buldak (very spicy).
I also tried alot of their other drinks like their tea-ades which were non-coffee drinks. I loved how the teas were organic and had flavors of hibiscus, chamomile, lemon, berry , and lychee syrup. I came outside to get fresh air and noticed a beautiful enchanted garden behind the cafe.
Huge patio outside with a lo t of seating!!!
You actually get to sit outside on their patio and enjoy the pretty decorated flowers and glass stained windows. The interior of the cafe is antique and cozy!! It's something I've never seen before in Fullerton. Nowadays, a lot of the cafes don't have a cozy feel to it but this cafe was filled with warmth and love. I also got the tuna kimchi kimbap and bulgogi kimbap which was yummy.
Next time , I'll try their bulgogi or Caprese panini!! I also noticed that they had alot of other desserts like financiers and pecan pie..which sounded very good as well. As someone who loves taking pictures of food and beautiful cafes, I need to come back here to enjoy their desserts and other drinks as well! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this cafe today because their iced lattes (hoji latte, sweet dreams blue latte, and strawberry matcha lattes) were really...
Read moreWe stopped by at noon on a Sunday (in hindsight, we probably shouldn’t) and the line was out to the sidewalk already. Although the ordering line was long, there were still plenty of outdoor seating available for patrons to wait after ordering. We were told that it will take an hour after ordering (we waited for about 30 minutes to order) and eventually we had our food in about another 40/45 minutes. We ordered the large spicy pork rice bowl ($20) and a bulgogi panini ($13). The bowl had some shredded red and regular cabbage, which added some crunchiness to the bowl (a nice touch) and the pork itself was sweeter and spicier than other Korean places, but it was tasty. Though you can get the same tasting bowl at Cupbob, the new Korean fast food place without the wait and probably tastes a bit better. The bulgogi panini was just okay with Ciabatta bought from Costco. With a bit too much sauce in the bulgogi, the sandwich became soggy unless you are a faster eater. The latte and cappuccino we had were okay as well, no need to write home about them. There were limited indoor seating areas with some large and shareable tables. We opted for a table on the porch with a nice view of its tiny garden. It was indeed a unique dining experience...
Read moreLoveliest hidden gem~ We stumbled upon this location while looking for a cute antique style cafe and this place just hit the sweet spot (ヘ . ヘ) Upon entering we were instantly charmed by the atmosphere and unique interior design! The kind owners served us delicious teas and treats, such as the Sapphire and Ruby teas, buttery croissants, triangle kimbaps, and pecan pies. We spent around $10-20 each.
We were delighted to see that the outside area was just as whimsical as the inside. There were so many picturesque settings like the red bench surrounded by adorable plants and knick knacks, a cozy outside patio next to it, and a wall decorated by lil' illustrations. It is also very tranquil and quiet, perfect for studying or chilling.
It's quite surprising that this cafe is pretty lowkey considering how amazeballs it is XD We apple-solutely luv this place and so will you if it ap-peels to you (🍎.🍏) Can't wait to see how this...
