I’ve gone to this location consistently since before Covid and the food has always been really good. 90% of the time the service is good as well, unless there’s a certain guy there. He always has an attitude, I came in one night and went to place an order and he stared at me until I placed my order no “how are you” or anything to show good customer service. He said nothing to me from the moment I walked up until he handed me my drink. I tried to order take out Sunday night 5/12 and he answered the phone and I told him I wanted to make a order for pickup, he huffs and says “whatcha want” and I start to order and he interrupts me and says “what do you want”, I immediately knew it was him when he picked up the phone but tried to just order my food but I ended up hanging up and getting food somewhere else because I’m tired of dealing with him. I’m give it 2 stars solely for that guy and I’m not going back to that location again. If you hate your job that much then go work somewhere else because that looks bad on the business and is clearly pushing...
Read moreApril 3, 2022 around 12:30. As went inside, the staff was very talkative with each other as they worked simultaneously. No line so as I walked up to the second register, an employed called out to another asking her to worked the register. She was busy but came up and she stated, "come the other register". She never greeted me. She touched the screen on the register and stared at me. So I looked at her and said, "waiting on you". She said, "waiting on you". This should not be how the customer inaction should go. I placed my order and paid. That same employee, never said thank you or anything as I expected. The food was prepared in a decent amount of time and the younger lady who called my name was pleasant with a thank you. The food was for my wife and daughter. It was a large brisket sandwich, drink and chips. The price was outrageous, nearly $19. I know inflation is real but I expected to pay around $12-$14. Thats not my point for this review. The lack of greeting walking in to poor customer inaction at...
Read moreWe tried the new Firehouse Subs Ruben today & was really disappointed! They advertise it as : “this reinvented version of the deli classic is stacked high with USDA Choice Pastrami, paired with melted Swiss, and finished with a sweet and tangy slaw, Thousand Island dressing and mayo, served steaming hot atop Firehouse Subs’ signature toasted sub roll.” The piled high meat was two very thin pieces of pastrami. They forgot the Swiss, the slaw was almost non existent only things in abundance were the mayo/Thousand Island dressing. We had to wait almost an hour & wasn’t steaming hot. It wasn’t even warm. It may have been the total lack of management & organization during the noon rush at the Fultondale Alabama store that seems to be the busiest day & time of the whole week but we were totally unimpressed with the whole experience!!!...
