The Seafood Spot — Restaurant in Gadsden

I’ve came here a couple times & have been somewhat satisfied, but from my last visit, I will not be back. Paid $18 for some frozen store bought wings. I am a chef myself and can tell when wings are made fresh, and these definitely were out of a package. They tasted like frozen Walmart wings that were heated up in the microwave. Had all that extra fat on them, wasn’t dripping in sauce, soggy, & just disgusting , I wouldn’t even give them to my dog to eat . The fries were a tad bit too salty. Girl at the front counter didn’t give us napkins, or plasticware , & had to ask for straws. I love supporting new businesses , but I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s such a small place that can be easily overlooked, but let me tell you that’s it’s worth the stop! The food is great—good quality, fair portions, and it’s PACKED with flavor!! My family was a rather large party wanting to dine in. The staff quickly agreed that they could handle our big group. They did a great job all while being incredibly kind despite running to keep the orders coming out. We have already started talking about the next time we will all meet...
