The inside and seating area are nice and clean but regretfully the service here is pretty known locally to be bad. There have been some good experiences when the employees actually care...But that is a rarity...When I went on this occasion I ordered my food I wasnt even greeted and the guy stood there with a dumb rounded look on his face...Then I asked for no crackers with my chilli...He grabbed a handful of them and places them on my tray...my girlfriend has to eat gluten free because she has an allergy to it...And when we were given our frosties one had a big dollop of ice cream hanging off the side of the cup. The chilli had no lid on it and was half way full...This was most likely the worst service I've gotten here and that was saying something...I'll most likely just start going to the one a few exits up...if you need some fast food and a late night snack...I'd hit the taco bell across the street before this one...
Hopefully they will improve but they havent in years so it doesnt seem...

The Jr Bacon cheeseburger was ice cold, the burger patty was all of 1oz of meat, tomato was so thin I could have flossed my teeth with it, 1 little thin lettuce piece but plenty of mayo oozing out. Disgusting and cost us money!!!! Hard earned money. The fries and single cheeseburger with bacon were disgusting as well. Both were cold and dried out. Is it so hard to cook a burger patty FRESH???? I know it's not. I've worked fast food and took pride in what we served our customers as a worker and manager. Customer satisfaction is most important cause without customers there wouldn't be a job. Someone needs to train the workers better and follow up on procedures. For the money we spent our food should have been fresh and warm it was neither. It was DISGUSTING. We will never spend our money there again. So so sad that no one cares anymore and it's sadder...
Read moreSat in drive thru for 20 minutes after I placed my order. I was told the manager could not be found and he was the only one that could take my money for my order. I decided to wait, just to see how long those workers walked around the kitchen doing nothing. Car in front of me asked for her money back, the two cars behind got out of line. The manager finally shows back up and has the worst attitude. As a manager myself, I explained to him that maybe he needed to rethink his position. I asked for corporate phone number and he said well its around here somewhere or I could come back in the morning to speak to his manager. Not wasting my time on doing that.
