Capones GNV — Restaurant in Gainesville

I wanted to celebrate getting my cdl permit . So myself, my daughter and a friend went here. None of us had ever been.. just passing by and decided to go in. The door man wasn’t to friendly the lady who took our cover fee was excellent beautiful and friendly. Bar tender same excellent beautiful and friendly. Dj was playing a mixture of music from r&b to rock I guess which was fine. Then this guy came from nowhere and was took the table we were at in an empty club then told us if we leave and come back that we’d get free drinks. For one we didn’t need free drinks we weren’t broke, rude , or to drunk. Then the dj must have gave us the stare down of the century so the atmosphere began to feel unwelcoming so we left. Nice club, Photo Booth was great .. the ladies were great… Howevery myself and my crew will not be returning.. if a table cost we should have been advised and it wouldn’t have been a problem at all to pay...

Capones is a gem in Gainesville. Gainesville has long needed a nightclub/bar with completely separate VIP sections and Capones delivered that. The sound is amazing, the atmosphere is to die for, and the entire staff is extremely friendly. Also, Capones has the cleanest bathrooms in all of Gainesville (thank you to the bathroom attendants.) Overall, 10/10 place and cannot wait to spend my night...

As a patron, cleanliness, professionalism, and safety are my top priorities when choosing where to frequent. Capone’s in GNV is 5 star. The bathrooms are spotless and kept clean by an attendant.
