I ordered online for my order 3 days ago. However, when I tried to pick up my order the first day, they had a notice on the door saying that they were closing early at 6.00 pm due to staffing issues. I was unable to get my order because it was after 6. I never had any problems at this store until now! Furthermore, I went back the next day, thinking that the situation would be resolved about the staffing issue, after 6 and they were still closed at 6 due to staffing issues again! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! Then I went back the 3rd day (this time before 6!) AND THEN I WAS INFORMED BY THE MANAGER THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED AN ONLINE ORDER AT ALL! SHE THEN SAID THAT MAYBE THE ORDER WAS SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS! UNFORTUNATELY, I LEFT MY PHONE AT MY WORK SITE AND I WAS UNABLE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER! HOWEVER, WHEN I GOT ACCESS TO MY PHONE, IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT MY ORDER WAS AT THIS STORE! AFTER SHE TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE 3 OTHER STORES ON THIS STREET AND I KNOW THAT THERE WAS ONLY ONE STORE ON THIS STREET ON 23RD! I EVEN TRIED TO CALL THIS STORE 3 TIMES AND I COULDN'T EVEN GET THROUGH!! THIS STORE IS NOT PROPERLY MANAGED AND I DID NOT HAVE THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS STORE BEFORE SO HOPEFULLY, THIS SITUATION CAN BE HANDLED MORE APPROPRIATELY THAN IT IS BEING...

I stopped by this Subway on my way into work this morning, as I do about 2-3 times a week. Basically to make a LONG story short, my Steak sub was in the oven when the Manager walked out and proceeded to take my sub out of the oven to tell the sub maker that he had put "to much" meat on it. He instructed the maker to remove some of the meat until the correct potion was left on, which he did without arguement. The maker is standing there with the extra meat in his hands like, what do I do with it now, and the "Manager" (idiot) tells him "throw it out!"
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Took all that I had to not cause a scene!!! You do NOT EVER take a customers order and alter it because you made that sort of mistake. You either make a fresh new sub or let me have mine as it was made and improve the sandwich makers knowledge of portions afterward! Worst customer service I have literally ever seen!
Manager is horrible at his job, but thats a given because he is a grown man Shift Managing a Subway! Should be fired for treating your (franchisee) customers with such utter disrespect!!!

Read moreI don’t know what set me off. But it seems lately nobody seems to care about making things right. I ordered a foot-long tuna and one of the toppings was banana peppers. She starts adding green peppers. I didn’t catch it until it was covered in them. I’m not sure how you mix up green peppers and banana peppers but here we are. Extreme amount of anger started welling up in me. Not sure why. But it just overflowed when they said sorry do you want to take them off. No. There were still be green peppers on it. I want you to make a different sandwich but something told me don’t bother. But it was a bother. It was a big bother because I just paid $15 for a drink in the footlong which I ended up throwing it on the ground as hard as I could. They were nice people, but it was almost as if they were saying he can just deal with it. Maybe it’s just the atmosphere of today’s mentality. I don’t know.
