Honestly, these are very genuine people plying their trade to an extremely high level. I was there for several different experiences including but not limited to; a college parents weekend that was very busy for the bartenders, a more chill time that was a cultural exchange night that they hosted to make folx feel welcome in our beautiful Gainesville, and also a more personal friends birthday and they killt each of those events.
