Wow this chick fil a is aweful. This is the worst run chick fil a anywhere in the DC area, I have been too. Don't get me wrong I love chick fil a, and have been to many in the area. But this chick fil a, does not run like a smooth operating machine. First the lines are long, an this was not even lunch rush or time. The teens/ workers look miserable no smiles, and rude and just standing around the drive through talking while cars were waiting for their food. First it took about 5 minutes for my person to put my order on their pad. I had to repeat myself multiple times the order. They could not understand i wanted extra chicken on my salad. You have to order a meal if you want extra chicken they said. I told them "no" i just want extra chicken on my salad. The person could not comprehend what i wanted, so they called over someone over. I explained i just wanted extra chicken on my salad. Again I said "no" just give me extra nuggets then. The people were just standing in the doorway of the drive through. I kept waiting finally they said move upand stop. So i then explain if i do that i will block the cars from leaving. No just pull up sir in a rude tone. I said ok, then they got upset for blocking people, so person finally came over and told me to move. I finally said ok i will move to a parking space. Mean while people were parking all over waiting for their food. They would line cars up blocking other cars. 15 minutes later they finally bring my order out. When I asked for to speak with the manager or get a card they said they don't have one. I asked if they could get the managers name and phone number and another lady came out and in a rude tone said "Google it", and walked away. Very disappointed in chick fil a. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient Team Member named Daniela and Ashley. Her welcoming smile and helpful demeanor set a positive tone for the entire dining experience. She promptly took my order and ensured that everything was accurately recorded in the register, exemplifying excellent customer service.

3rd visit - even mcdonald have better customer service... employees are using EarPods when working 😂... they dont know how to smile . I am sure manager is some rude lady who makes them miserable to work here thats why all of them dont have smile on face ... if its one employee I agree he/she have bad they but all looks sad , so it's definitely management who cant keep their employees happy and make fun environment to work
Update on aug 30 - service is definitely improved but food quality went down The bun was not even fresh it was still frozen or something so hard ...probably couple days old.
Updating as per visit: why dont u give one piece of fries in napkin that wasting whole box to give 60% fries
Also found out the most racist girl in kentalnd location was hired here as manager( i guss they cant find anyone ) 😁😁 hope she is changed
Update 11/13 Idk if its the manager who works change the thing but some day food are best in the area and some day bun and chicken is not even cooked . The temperature is so bad . Same location can be completely trash or best so idk what to say
