Donut Chew is an excellent destination for those with a sweet tooth. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with a beautiful and whimsical interior that immediately lifts your mood. The decor is charming, with pastel colors and playful accents that make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a treat.

One of the standout features of Donut Chew is the variety of drinks and desserts on offer. From coffee and bubble tea to donuts and macaroons, there's something for everyone here. But what really sets Donut Chew apart is the Croffle. This delectable combination of croissant and waffle is the perfect indulgence, and it's a must-try for anyone who visits.

But the star of the show has to be the crème brulee. The perfect combination of crispy and creamy, this dessert is absolutely divine. The melted cream just melts in your mouth, and the sugary top layer provides the perfect crunch. It's the kind of dessert that you'll be thinking about for days afterwards.

The service at Donut Chew is also top-notch. Despite the busy crowds, the staff works quickly and efficiently to ensure that customers are served in a timely manner. The music played in the background is also enjoyable, and it adds to the already pleasant atmosphere.

I’ve been here three times. First time was pretty good (hence why I’ve come back) but the past two visit have been awful, mainly due to how bad the service staff is.

Ownership should know how unpleasant this one kid behind the counter is. The past two visits he greeted us with a “We are almost out of everything”. When we tried to order whatever was left, he gave is an exasperated attitude and clearly didn’t want to serve us or be there.

How the heck on two separate occasions is this store out of the two main things they’re supposed to sell: donuts and bubble tea? To be fair, we tend to visit closer to closing time, but to not have ANY ability to make a drink or serve a donut and give us attitude for trying is insane. This restaurant is so mismanaged.

Bring back the girl cashier; she was so nice and things were actually in stock! The guy keeps complaining how he’s “the only one here” and how he can’t be bothered to do his job.

Food itself is fine, if you...

First time trying a mochi donut here. It was okay to be honest; more chew than a traditional donut but apart from that not too much of a difference. I thought the donut was a little too sweet compared to other donuts I've tried. Same with the matcha latte we had, which was very sweet compared to others I have tried. Overall, I feel like it would taste way better if the donuts were fresh, like when Krispy Kreme makes fresh donuts. I wish they also allowed you to adjust sugar levels for beverages.

The interior is very bright and welcoming with a lot of pink. There are some seats near the edge close to the wall, but not too many. Seemed a bit barren.

We did come late so maybe it is akin to that, but there was only one person behind the counter, so the service was a little slow. They were also out of a ton of items, but again that's probably because we came right before the...

I was pleasantly surprised with the ube (purple yam) mochi donut! I'm from Los Angeles visiting for business and the mochi donut craze has simmered down over there. The ube mochi donut here was perfectly sweet for this kind of donut, and it had a really nice mochi chew to it. For those unfamiliar with mochi, it's a rice flour, which makes the texture more chewy rather than a traditional donut. It's not a fluffy donut, so if it sits out for too long, the fried oil gets absorbed into the dough more. The one from Donutchew was still fresh enough to not have the oily texture to it. I also got a jasmine milk tea (half sugar) and really enjoyed it. Jasmine tea had a strong floral aroma/taste to it and this milk tea didn't dilute it out. If you like the taste of teas, I'd really recommend this one.
