The pho was delicious and I would have given them 5 stars for overall cleanliness and taste but had to knock off two stars due to service. I understand the kitchen closes at 8:30, we walked in at 8 (two of us). The two young kids working the front seemed hesitant and annoyed then asked what we would be ordering cuz they close in 30 minutes. Long story short, I truly don’t feel like writing out the whole experience but it was rushed, and they made us feel guilty when we wrapping up and rushing to scarf our food down when the clock hit 8:30. Another thing I will mention is that the phone rang at 8:10 and one of the young boys looked at the other and told him he didn’t have to pick it up because they were closing soon…it’s a shame that such a tasty, clean establishment is being ran up front by two, young kids that only care about rushing to get off of work vs. providing customer service where customers are made to feel bad for walking in 30 mins before closing. Now if I walked in at 8:25, that’s understandable to a certain extent but if you don’t want customers passed a certain time; then close at a different time versus making customers feel like they are inconveniencing you when walking in even 30 mins...

What we had: ✅ Summer Rolls with grilled shrimp: incredible flavor and the peanut dipping sauce is addictive! ✅ Fried Meat Spring Rolls: small, but packed with flavor and great texture ✅ Pho with Short Ribs: dish usually comes with 2 giant ribs, but they only had one left so we added brisket. Great broth and GIANT portion (makes the $17 a great value) ✅ Vietnamese drip coffee hot and iced. Strong flavored coffee mixed with sweet cream, 5 stars, and extra points since they brought everything to the table for us to make the hot version ourselves.
Also, the service was incredibly, shout-out to Ashley who took great care of us and accommodated any of my special requests.
Has small outside seating available. Parking is conveniently located behind...
Read moreOur visit started off well but went south. Slow service and generally awkward interactions with the staff. They forgot to bring out bean sprouts/lime/basil etc. We asked for them again, and the server confirmed he’d get them but then got distracted with his boisterous friends and then avoided eye contact for the rest of our dining experience after he’d realized we finished without them after waiting up for them. He brought them out for the other tables around us later which just added to the overall awkwardness.
Brisket was good. B grade Eye cut was average. C - grade broth was average, think that lime would’ve helped. C- grade Summer rolls were ok, but small. C grade
Not a lot of meat and there was a TON of green onions in the broth.
They have the potential to be a lot better so maybe this was an off day. My experience was poor so I...
