Arby's — Restaurant in Galax

This restaurant is truly broken. After 20 years of eating at many different Arby's I could not believe how unexpected the experience was. 1st after ordering the back end yelled out They needed to cook some new roast beef 20 minutes minimum they said. I was warned in a attitude that lead me to believe they really did not want to take the effort or time to make anymore. A substitution of brisket was offered which I excerpted After that it was all down hill from there 20 min later I left hungry they could not figure out the register and quoted prices as low as 26.94- 43.69 with 3 poeple punching keys it was like watching some American funny video. Except they just expelled a negative lazy attitude. The manager was their because they needed her finger print multiple times. She just looked on as if she wanted to intervene but dare not because warm bodies are hard to replace. By the way their is a nice Chinese restaurant less then a mile away. It where...

This location is slowly getting more staff in and the food has improved. Only 4 stars because there is one drive thru attendant who is rude and never helpful. We usually do a lunch run here for the whole office and if she is working she says they don't have drink trays. There is never a problem getting a drink tray unless this one attendant is at the window. Try the bronco berry sauce lol Update Was excited to give the white cheddar mac and cheese a try. A few bites in and I noticed something gross growing in the seam of the cup. Whateverthe cup was contaminated with was only coming from the inside seam and there didn't appear to have that color anywhere else. I threw the rest of it away. Okay, so the food was good and everything was delicious. We went through the drive thru and got two bacon beef n cheddars and a buffalo slider. When we were done eating, my grandmother noticed that she had been charged for a shake we didn't order. So, I went back in and was waiting to order another slider for my sister, and getting her refund, when I looked up and saw who I assumed to be the manager he gave me this weird side eye look, and when I told him what had happened, he smiled again, not saying anything and quietly went over to the guy in drive thru and got him to fix it, that whole thing right there was weird.
