Well with just a look at the food and how it’s prepared customers can tell that mc Donald’s workers don’t care about their job! Look at this deluxe quarter pounder and compare it to the picture on the menu! 6/6 update ordered 2 egg mc muffins and the ham tasted like leather, I used to love egg mc muffins but this store ruined that! Another visit to Mc Nasty for a friend! I ordered a Big Mac for her lunch and the sandwich had globs of sauce on both sides of the bread, so much that it was not edible! Next trip ordered Big Mac with light sauce and in a sarcastic move they put a spot of sauce the size of the tip of my pinky on it so I had to pull around and get a cup of sauce for it! Today my roommate decided she would buy breakfast, I ordered an egg McMuffin, hash brown and sausage McMuffin with egg. When I got home I realized they gave me a chicken biscuit so once again I drove all the way back to mc nasty they fixed the order and even added egg shell to my mc muffin! The workers don’t care enough to do their job right, the managers don’t care enough to make them do their job right and apparently the franchise owners don’t care enough to make the restaurant a good place for customers to have a good experience! It’s pretty stupid that they try to bribe you for a 5 star review! Tried another visit for breakfast on 10/17/24 Ordered egg mc muffin and sausage egg McMuffin with eggs well done, ( I reiterated 3 times well done) after inspecting the order I found the yolk was very runny so went back through the drive through this time the eggs were done but they gave me the wrong sandwiches. These people want $15 an hour (NOPE) I would fire them all...

My mom ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget meal, that’s all she ordered. And what do you know you forgot her 20 piece chicken nugget. You guys need to learn how to actually give people their entire order, not just give them their order and forget a few items. Not only that, but my mom was frustrated and she decided not to go this time because you guys are so bad at doing y’alls job. I expected better from a huge company that everyone goes to eat at. The amount of times that we have had come back from not getting our items in our orders is insane to me. Do better. do better McDonald’s. Not only that but y’all’s calling System sucks. Read moreThe guy taking orders through drive thru was not customer oriented at all. Seems like he would be more useful in the front working with customers instead of CONTINUOUSLY repeating "what else" through the headset, made you like your was bothering him. He was not rude by any means but drive thru customers should be nice to also. However, at the window he was different in regards to the issues with the pies (there wasn't enough), he was informative of the options that the customer had, and notified the other employees to fix the other pies quiet well. So props to him on that. Drink girl got drinks wrong, even tho it clearly states in capital letters the special instructions. She apologized and fixed, she was not bitter over it.
