Chicago style Gyros + — Restaurant in Gallatin

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I recently placed an order with this restaurant, and when I received it, it was totally incorrect. When I called the restaurant to rectify the situation, they were argumentative with me about what I actually ordered. The menu stated that the platter comes with a salad and even gave me options for the type of salad and dressing I wanted. They refused to acknowledge that I was supposed to have received the salad. The platter I ordered was supposed to come with a gyro, fries and a salad. He could clearly see that I was charged the higher rate for the platter but, still insisted that it was not supposed to come with a salad and that what I ordered was Greek loaded fries, which I did not. I looked at the photo on the menu when I placed my order. They refused to fix my order or refund my money and I would not suggest visiting this restaurant ever! We got a gyro salad and chicken platter to go for lunch. Chicken platter was decent; flavor was good, but meat was dry/gristled. Gyro salad was missing tabbouleh, olives and peppers. It had barely any feta, and meat was decent. So a sad premix salad with meat and a bit of feta for $14. The chicken platter was the only reason it's not a 1 star review, and neither of them were worth the money. We called about the missing items, and he said we should've added them to the order because that's not what the description shows on their end as if we're supposed to know what is or isn't on their end. We said then your description online is wrong, and he argued some more saying sometimes they add black olives sometimes not (when it listed kalamata, not even black, what?). I'm not sure why this place had such good reviews because this was definitely Chicago style and not really Mediterranean style. The meat had good flavor. The rice was very bland. Also, the tabouli could have used some more lemon juice. I didn't think the food was very good and I am a connoisseur of this type of food. They State they are the best girls in town but I am going to have to try somewhere else to compare. I ordered the beef and lamb platter and a chicken shawarma to go.
