I’d give no stars if possible. Visited this location 8/13/23. Placed a mobile order on the app at 4:48pm. After 10 minutes the screen showed my food was on its way. I waited a total of 30 minutes, I hit the button to ask how much longer on my order she hesitated, then said it was on its way out. I asked is it? Cause I’ve already waited so long at this point I’m ready to go home.The lady said oh you want a refund. Completely ignored my question on how long till it’s actually out. So I just said yes I want a refund. She told me the manager is working on the refund and didn’t say anything else after that I then had to hit the button again after 10 minutes to ask if I can have a receipt to show proof of a refund, a different lady I assume the manager said she still working on it. She finally comes out about five minutes after that with the receipt. She did not say sorry did not even offer to give part of the order that was ready. Just handed me the refund slip and walks away. very rude, very unprofessional, no customer service whatsoever I don’t think I will ever be back to this location. Read moreReceived a text from Sonic today mentioning their half price cheese burgers on Tuesday after 5:00 pm. The offer specifically stated “download the Sonic app or mention when ordering”. We went (and, yes, it was Tuesday) and tried ordering there in person and they told us that we HAD to order through the app. We told them that that wasn’t what the text said. A girl came out and took our order, after actually showing them the text. A few minutes later, another girl comes out and says that the offer is valid ONLY via the app. We again tell her that’s not what the Sonic text said - she didn’t want to see the text - she was just adamant that we use their app. We told her to never mind; we would just go to McDonald’s! Left without ordering anything there!
Sonic, is this just an issue at the Belvedere Dr, Gallatin, TN location? Don’t send us texts for Sonic specials if the restaurants won’t honor them! Leads to bad customer experiences! Will probably be a good while before we go back!! Sure left a bad taste in...
Read moreWell where do I start. We couldn’t hear the person taking the order because only one of the speakers was working. My daughter pressed the order button, and proceeded to order her meal. No problem. I then ordered a #12 with onion rings, and a Diet Coke. The person speaking to us kept trying to upsell 2 coney dogs as a BOGO. Since we couldn’t hear her, and we just wanted to complete our order I laughed and said that’s fine. I thought I was being nice. Unfortunately she must not have heard me either because I didn’t get anything from my order except my drink and onion rings. So what was supposed to be chicken tenders, ended up being 2 foot long coney dogs. Umm… Then when I explained the issue to the lady that brought out the food she didn’t offer to refund, or take back the coney dogs, all she offered was to ring me up for what I initially ordered because it wasn’t on the receipt.
