GameStop — Local services in Gallatin

This is the best game stop ever. The employees havd a pretty good insight on most of the games. They have very good opinions and there realy nice. Sometimes I just go there to kill time. It doesn't have the most variety but if you ask one of the cashiers they can pretty much get you anything you ask for. I go to this gamestop all the time and I've never had any problems from them. And whomever the other guy is that have this gamestop a bad reviews I would like to say. You bought a used console. There's a reason why the previous owner soled it. And of course you have to have your recipt, that's your fault for not keeping it. You had a bad experiences because you expected brand new quality from a used item, and you didn't keep your recipt so you couldn't get a refund. Sooooo I give this gamestop 5/5 hot peppers and and this other reviewer 0/5...

When I arrived tonight the employee was leaving and locked the store as I approached the door?? he said he was running next door to get some food but did ask if I wanted to go ahead in and would lock me in???? I told him I would wait a few minutes. He finally returned and I browsed the store and and found something I wanted to buy as he rang up the item I could tell he was impatient because he didn't ask if I was a pro member so I had to remind him to ask me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, called over the phone to see if they had prismatic evolution pokemon cards in stock or when they would receive/have knowledge on when they have in stock again and who ever we spoke with on the phone was just a RAY OF SUNSHINE, meaning he was awful. If you’re having a bad day that doesn’t mean you give a cold shoulder to customers who did not negatively impact you. Whom ever we spoke to I hope your attitude fixes because that was not polite.
