Dunkin' — Restaurant in Galloway Township

I have never written a review but I feel it is needed as I have gave this business multiple times because people make mistakes no one is perfect and has messed up my order more times then getting it right. I can only have decaf coffee and they constantly give me regular which I can not have do to health reasons and I have let the safe know. Due to their mistakes I have had to leave work from them messing up my ordering and giving regular coffee. The icing on the cake for me is, I asked for a decaf iced coffee as the women was making it another employee noticed she was pouring the regular he let her know that it was a decaf order the women then poured a little bit of the regular off then topped it off with a little decaf. When they gave it to me I explained to the man at the window what I seen. Told him I wouldn’t complain if I couldn’t have it do it medical reasons. I didn’t get a apology at all more of a attitude but he did make a new one himself. My husband and I went to this dunkin drive through. The drive thru worker proceeded to hand us our drinks and I noticed on my husbands cup it says “butter pecan swirl with black coffee” I told the drive thru worker that my husband is allergic to pecans so please make sure the drink is right. She brushed me off entirely and said “yeah yeah yeah” and lo and behold it was the wrong drink. Luckily my husband is fine and we went in and got the right drink but it was the very dismissive and rude attitude of the worker that really had me feeling disrespected. This Dunkin is absolutely disgusting! Their coffee tastes like they reuse their coffee grinds. It never taste fresh. I like to have a fresh cup of hot coffee in the morning and in the evening and they always taste stale both times. Don’t even ask for an iced coffee they will 99% of the time mess it up every time, even when you tell them specifically what you want in it. Rude nasty attitudes from the manager down. They say the employees are a reflection of the Boss so I would hate to see how the General Manager’s attitude is.
