KFC — Restaurant in Gallup

It had been raining heavily. We were happy to see this restaurant was still open, even though there were no customers. We ordered a two-piece chicken dinner and a potpie, since they were being served. We had no trouble with getting our order out in a timely manner and since there were no customers, the restaurant had been cleaned. Too much soap in the floor cleaning solution made for very slippery floors, combined with wet shoes. A slippery floor is not a clean one, and it is a fall hazard. Worst KFC ever! Horrible service, in my opinion. Ordered 3pc meal, paid for 3 pc meal, once got to my hotel, box had 2 pcs of chicken in it. The server failed to give me a cup to get my drink that came with it. I chose lemonade. Only water comes out of it; no matter how you operate the dispenser. Wanted to sit down and eat, waiter look the time to not5me that they close in 30m, where online says 10pm. Manager/Supervisor have their work cut out for this location. I usually order on the North side of town never have a complaint. So since I was on the east side of town thought I'd grad a early dinner and got a famous bowl. I was not happy there was only 4 small pieces of chicken and had more mash potatoes and corn was not happy with my order at all.
