Very neat bar in a historic hotel. The prices are expensive, but to be expected when staying at a hotel of this caliber. The old fashioned was really well done. But most impressive was the staffs willingness to help us out. I was there with a pregnant wife after the kitchen had closed, and naturally she was hungry. I asked if the kitchen was still open, he looked at his watch and said it was not, sorry. I told the bartender no worries and that we would DoorDash something and went and sat back down. A couple minutes later he came over from behind the bar and found us and said, "what was it that you would like, I can get it for you" I again said it was fine, but he insisted and within about 30 minutes they brought us the bacon wrapped shrimp (which was really good). Read moreStaff were not very friendly. We're sitting at a table two bar staff on duty but would never even look at us. We went to the bar and were told that we had to order from the bar first and then they would wait on us. Now that is a new one to me.
It seems they we thinking they were a little higher class but that is not the case.
