I left work at 5:40 and takes about 10 minutes from west end of town to get there. Spent 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru, was told they were out of curly fries , I said make them crinkle fries. They said okay. then paid but was not given a receipt and then told they were out of crinkle fries and would I want mozzarella sticks instead, I said that was fine. Waited another 6 to 7 minutes and was asked to please pull forward. I pulled forward to a parking stall to give way to customers behind me. Spent another 15 minutes waiting and several cars went through. I figured they forgot me so I went back through the drive thru. Upon reaching the window they looked puzzled as to why I was there and I asked if my order was finally ready. The young man asked for my receipt and I told him I never received one. He then paused and then told me exactly what I ordered and said just a minute which was about 3 minutes later. A young lady opened the window and stuck out a bag and didn’t apologize or say anything for that matter and shut the window. Knowing I had more coming I waited and she opened the window again and just stared at me with a very unhappy face and I asked “ may I have my sandwich’s?”. Again she shut the window and came back a minute later with the second bag with not a single word said and then slammed the window shut! Was the food right, good and all there? Yes , yes it was and good. Let’s face it, you help...
Read more.My wife and I frequent this fast food place often. Or I should say, use too. The last three times we went there were more than disappointing. So today I went in and told the manager why we would no longer eat there. We loved their Reubens but the last few times we went there. Their once delicious reubens were just awful. Cold, soggy, very little corned beef or thousand island dressing and an over abundant amount of sourkraukt. I like sourkraukt but I don't want it to be the main content of my sandwich. Even the curly fries have been either cold and chewy or hot and overly greasy. The old grease taste was overwhelming. Today I reluctantly tried their fish sandwich. I even told the person I ordered from that I was scared to do it. She said nothing. My fears were well warranted. The sandwich was cold. The fish was soggy and tasteless. It was just awful. I threw the entire meal in the trash uneaten. My wife and I may stop in for a Jamoca shake from time to time. They have not found a way to ruin those yet. They are still awesome. I now know why their parking lot is...
Read moreI just had an incredible experience here. My receipt says the employee who served me was named Xaviera but I can't be sure if it was her I interacted with. Still, she was the best fast food employee I've ever interacted with, no joke. She was incredibly nice, still fast, and listened. Normally, when I make a request and I do talk fast for the. (like asking for more Arby's sauce), I barely get a look and I get its annoying, but they're normally rude. Which I understand. But it was beyond refreshing to be treated with kindness and consideration. She actually listened when I asked, to be sure she heard right, while still working fast. It barely lasted 20 seconds since she was so quick but my gosh it left an impact. She was AMAZING! I don't normally come to Arby's, but you can bet I'm coming back soon. That experience was such a shock in the best way. The only bad thing about this arbys is the drive thru. Which is why it's not 5 stars. Its oddly shaped not well made making it hard to avoid the curb sometimes depending on how busy it is and how big...
