Unethical liars. Don't shop here. Product quality and service sucks. Walk to a store next door and buy a Haagen Dazs 4oz cup for cheaper than their prices. I have tried this place a few times. All times I ordered milkshakes. They do not know how to prepare milkshakes; it will be a beaten ice cream with nuts not broken down. After providing multiple feedbacks, i tried it one last time. After payment, i forgot to pick up the product. When i called them up later, they said don't worry we will refund you but they never did. When I called up the store again, Jesse the owner returned my call and asked my credit card details to refund money. He never did. When I called the second time a few days later, he promised to make the refund the next business day. which never happened. Different people answer the call and kept promising the refund but they said business managers have to do it. Jesse stopped answering my calls and for the last time when I called the store, he calls back a day later and blames that I have been calling the store often. he says he will not refund any money as no one at the store recognizes talking to me about a refund even though he found my transaction in the system. He says he wasted the product for me. I don't get why he kept saying he will refund the money. and he doesn't even have the courtesy of responding to phone calls/ following up on his promises. Read moreI purchased two small mango smoothies for my sons and one additional drink, a seltzer water. There was a miscommunication and the employee thought she had to pour setter water on the two mango smoothies.
As I picked the smoothies up and asked where the seltzer water was, the employee got very upset.
Is obvious that we both miscommunicated with each other, because I would never asked seltzer water to be put on ice cream, I just wanted to drink it in a separate cup, the ice creams were for my kids.
As I was trying to have a conversation with the employee, another young lady, also an employee, came up and asked me to leave, to never come back and to stop yelling. I never did.
I’m in shock! As I walked away the two employees continued to talk to me telling me being very disrespectful, even with other customers present in line.They need some training for sure.
