Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Garden City

Ever since I was a kid this has always been my favorite pizza place. And it still is today. This location is actually a really good location to get hungry Howie's. The employee I spoke to was very polite on the phone and helpful with my take out. Even when I asked a few questions, she gladly answered them, and even help me pick out a great coupon deal! It was professional and helpful and my preferred method, however you can make your order online. They are always doing really good coupon deals as well. As for the pizza, you can always count in freshness. I've never once got pizza that wasn't fresh. That's why I love this place. I was detailed with my pizza and it was all completed with dignity. They don't skimp you on topings. They do a great job of giving a generous amount of topings. And the pizza was hot and good as can be. They offer flavored crust that to can actually taste. Most places barely put any seasoning on, but not here they know what good pizza is like. As for the location building. Very clean and neat. It is handicap accessible and on a hot summer day it was cool on the inside with chairs to sit and wait for your pizza. The parking lot is apart of a block strip mall. So it's next to other buildings. It was a little small but the parking lot is clean and the place is clean and neat. I ordered a sub a few weeks ago, they usually have lettuce and tomato on them. The options for online ordering only offer on the side now for some reason. So I ordered them on the side. Sub comes, no lettuce or tomato. I figured no big deal, I have lettuce and tomato at home I can use. Today, I order a sub. Choose the option lettuce and tomato on the side, because otherwise the only option is no lettuce or tomato on their online order system. I call the store to make sure they put lettuce and tomato at the very least, on the side. I asked for it on my sub, but the girl said it only comes on the side now. She’s rude af, but hangs up assuring me there would be lettuce and tomato. Sub comes and there is no lettuce or tomato to be seen anywhere.

Y’all need to lower the price if you can’t even give what you say advertise. Maybe don’t have the people answering phones be so completely dismissive and actually listen to the people...

I ordered 3 large pizzas and they told me 45min. I went to pick them up and they couldn't find my order. I was told they would make them over fresh and I would have to wait. While I was waiting a customer called in and said they delivered my pizzas to his house. They told him to keep my pizzas and they would give him his money back. I argued about waiting over an hour for my pizzas and they finally to my phone number and offered me money off my next order. I just called and there was NO credit under my phone number. I will NOT buy another hungry howies fund raiser. I NEVER have these problems with Little Ceasars! I hate paying for...
