Bizarre experience is what I'd say. Pulled up to drive thru around 730 Christmas eve. No one said a word for several minutes. After placing the order it took about 15 minutes to receive the order at the window. The manager on duty that gave us the order through the window was totally disengaged. No hello how are you doing, no apology for the long wait, no thank you have a good evening. Sure enough one of the orders of fries was missing. After I waited at the window for another couple of minutes he finally came back and just looked at me then I told him we were missing one of the orders of fries. He brought another bag with fries in it and again said nothing. I then pulled ahead to thoroughly check the order sensing that something would be wrong and sure enough after waiting all that time the fries were cold and my sandwich buttermilk chicken sandwich was decrepit cold and obviously had been sitting for a long time not fit for human consumption. I decided to take the sandwich back inside the dining room and have it replaced with a freshly cooked one, the young lady at the cash register confirmed my problem submitted my order for a new sandwich and informed me that I would have to wait no problem. While I waited I observed the young lady at the cash register struggle to expedite three customer orders. Never apologizing, she reprimanded two of the customers. The one young man was talked to so badly he was forced to take a refund that he didn't even ask for all this while the manager just allows this to go on. this is what was so bizarre. Eventually the young lady brought me and my sandwich that she did get me hot fries. She did Apologize and told me to have a good evening for what that's worth. The fries were hot but that sandwich was not fresh cooked, barely edible. At the drive thru after sitting for some 5 minutes waiting for my food the young lady come to the drive-thru and asked me to pull forward I in my goofy manner trying to cut up made the comment now you're going to have me pull forward, her reply again was Sir please pull forward but this time it was the tone of voice and look in her face that showed me that she was having a bad attitude something a customer did not want to see. And that point I pulled forward and then I walked inside and I asked to speak to the manager the same young ladies the one that helped me and the manager was in the back preparing food. When the a manager said she didn't have time I understood she was understaffed. So she asked the young lady what I wanted and I told her I wanted to talk to the manager about her attitude young lady begin to be apologetic it seemed. Her words may have said I'm sorry but her body language the look in her face in the tone of her voice said I don't have time to mess with you or whatever either way a good paying customer does not need to see that kind of attitude displayed. Honestly this particular lady had no idea if I was a secret shopper if I was a boy owner or manager of another McDonald or even a person in the corporate office for McDonald's she had no clue. In my latest experience I was charged for an order, nuggets and a large fry, but didn't receive it bc the girl at the window said "we don't have any mobile orders in the system and we don't give away free food" after I showed her my mobile order with the time stamp and that I was charged for the food. She didn't get a manager or offer any sort of assistance, she was no help at all. She just kept repeating the same line and told me I would have to get a refund through the app. I called McDonald's customer service and was told that I would have to get a refund through the location because it is a franchise. So, basically money was stolen from me and I didn't get lunch today. On another occasion I was charged through the app and at the window bc the cashier didn't know how mobile orders work and on another occasion I received a partially cooked burger. It was cold and raw in the middle, I couldn't eat it. This location is ALWAYS slow, it doesn't matter if there is only one car ahead of you in line, you will most likely wait for at least 5 minutes for someone to just take your order. There is also a guarantee that items will be left from your order as well, if you get your order at all. I gave this place SO many chances bc it's a pandemic, everyone is short staffed, etc. but no, this place is just awful. They aren't short staffed and they open the lobby when/if they feel like it.
