McDonald's — Restaurant in Garden Grove

Update: attempted to come in for breakfast drive-thru was in two lanes but not following their lane section instead they're blocking off the rest of the parking lot so you can't get around the vehicles to go to the other side of the building took me 10 minutes to get through that nightmare. Once I got around parked went to come in the front door it's locked stating closed today yet they're inside people working so I had to go around to the other side of the building to get in and I walk in and there's 12 people in line there so I just gave up for breakfast there this place is too busy to go eat there anymore. They're slow on service. Guess I will need to go to the one in Orange again at least they were fast and friendlier on service.

The food was just okay. The McChicken still taste too spicy to my taste to be a regular McChicken and the double cheeseburger just doesn't even taste like meat anymore it just has a weird like aftertaste also so it's mostly artificial I think anymore even though they say it's not. I went to go sit down and all the tables were dirty had to tell someone to come clean them because there's nobody maintaining the dining room area anymore like they used to be clean. The manager came and wiped off four tables...

I specifically asked for an item and if it was still on sale the cashier I was dealing with said it was available at the special price we were finishing our order and another cashier came to help the next customer, they were order the same thing but he told them it was not on sale so that cashier told our cashier to take the special price off our order. I requested the manager and John was no help. He as the manager should have corrected this since his cashier rang us up at the special price. This manager didn't even attempt to listen to me as the customer. He didn't pay attention to the fact that his cashier gave is the wrong information. A good manager would have acknowledged the mistake and made him ring us up at the prices gave us. Obviously John and Miguel could care less about their customer so I prefer not to spend our hard earned money at an establishment such as this. Just sad to be made to feel like they are doing us a favor... well I guess they did we didn't need to be eating so late anyway and it's time we stop eating McDonald's altogether. I wish I didn't have to give store #52 any...

One of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited. After we pay we pull up to the pickup window and the window server was on his personal phone using profanity. It looked like it was the manager. My children learned what the F word is thanks to McDonald’s.

To top off this lovely service the hamburgers were smashed. The fries were cold and soggy. The chicken nuggets were cold.

If you’re staying at Great Wolf Lodge do not go to the McDonald’s across the street. I know it’s close and convenient but it’s not worth it. We Spent over $40 for 3 meals and a happy meal.

The only thing that was good enough to serve was the drinks. The coke is good.

We ordered our food 1/6/24 6:00pm. Please send a representative from corporate to retrain the associates here as this location is very close to a large water park that sees 1000s of potential McDonalds customers daily. This location should be top notch and hire much...
