One Star looks really mean right? We are not going to talk about the Pizza because the Pizza was great now we talking about the Costumer Service! We travel since over two years around the world making YouTube Videos about food and travel and we had so many good places and so many bad places and sorry but vegan pizza is one of these restaurants where we had a bad experience! I know sometimes you should come twice and than make a review but not this time! We came Tuesday evening around 8pm and we always friendly because this is just our nature! This young men didn't even made Eye contact just a "what do you want"? What do you think we want? Normally in that case its better to say nothing and leave but we thought "ah" he just has a bad day or hates his job! If its the second case please go find something else! We ordered the barbecue pizza but it just ruins the flow! We where so exited because people told us how great the pizza is and than these young arrogant men or kid ruins everything! He told us the pizza is done in 20 to 30 minutes! We came back and just talked about this situation while we are waiting and why people must so rude? No need to, but maybe it is just the environment! Specially we lived in Asia and know how welcome people in Asia are! Anyway we came back and I ask the staff if the pizza is ready? "No the pizza is not ready"! Ok, when is the pizza ready? "What Pizza did you have?? Hmm, you should know if you know its not ready yet! I said the barbecue! One minute later he gave me the Pizza, no Eye contact, no thank you or have a nice evening or anything just nothing! I just hate it giving a business my money and I have to accept this kind of service! I will let...
Read moreWe ordered the Spicy Thai Pizza and Breadsticks along with a side of ranch. The pizza we ordered was supposed to have additional toppings that were missing. You can see the difference if you compare photos of it with others.
We ordered when were still at Disneyland. When the app said the order was already ready, we entered the restaurant. We waited too long to finally be paid attention to. The cashier said it will be another "5 minutes." Of course, it wasn't 5 minutes. It was over 25 minutes after the app said our pizza was ready that it was finally ready.
Additionally, the pizza is not spicy nor does it seem to have any flavor at all except when we luckily got a bite with a pineapple. The cheese has NO flavor. The Thai sauce tasted merely like oil. The pizza crust is not tasty. Truly, an Amy's frozen pizza has far better crust and you don't have to wait an hour for it to be cooked.
The pizza was supposed to have 10 slices per their own menu, yet only had 8. Thus, we might have received the wrong size.
The breadsticks, despite being hard and not fresh, were slightly tastier than the pizza, but that's ONLY because we purchased a side of ranch. (Mind you, the ranch doesn't actually taste like ranch sauce nor should it cost more than $1 as it's very small.) The marinara that comes with the breadsticks is truly awful and clearly from a cheap can.
We've been vegan for over 20 years, yet this is truly some of the worst pizza we've ever had. We came here in 2016-2018 a few times when visiting Disneyland since people kept saying how "amazing" it was, yet we were equally unimpressed then and disappointed with service. Know this restaurant hasn't...

Let me start from the beginning: THE FOOD IS NEXT LEVEL AMAZING!
We discovered this gem on our honeymoon in 2019, and the memories of the mouth-watering dishes have stayed with us. Established in 2013 by the dedicated duo, Hugh and Trina, this family-run business has not only won the hearts of many but has also secured a spot in the top 100 restaurants in the United States!
During our visit, we had the privilege of meeting Crystal and Uncle Sam, who were hands down some of the kindest souls we have ever encountered in any dining establishment. Their warmth and hospitality enhanced our dining experience manifold.
We indulged in their thick crust “Veggie Delight” which boasted a tantalizing combination of red sauce, fresh tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and delectably melted cheese. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, and both my wife and I were beyond impressed.
It’s truly a privilege and an honor to dine at such a phenomenal restaurant run by equally amazing people. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to Crystal and Uncle Sam for their unmatched kindness and hospitality.
